Order Processing Policies
After submitting your order, you will receive a computer-generated email confirmation that your order was placed. Shipping times vary. Allow 2 weeks for shipping.

If you pay by credit card, your purchase amount will be pre-authorized at the time of your order, but the charge will not be made until your order ships. We do not send backing slips with your order. All of your confirmations will be sent by email.

Payment by Check or Money Order
If you choose to pay by check or money order, we will hold your order for seven (7) days while we await receipt of your payment, and no further action will be taken by us to complete your order until payment is received. Payments by check will be delayed by as much as 10-15 days in order to allow time for your check to clear. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks. If we do not hear from you within seven (7) days we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Sales Tax
Ohio residents will be charged appropriate sales tax. As laws pertaining to internet sales change, residents of other states may be subject to sales tax as well.

Shipping Methods
UPS Ground is our primary shipping method (3-7 days expected delivery within the United States). A street address is necessary for UPS delivery (UPS will not deliver to a P.O. address). We reserve the right to ship by the method of our choice for all sales; if you need faster service or desire a particular carrier or shipping method, contact us with your request and we will try to accommodate you. We regret that we can no longer ship internationally.

Return/Restocking Policies
We're certain that you will be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items. If you have any questions about the merchandise you are ordering, please email us before placing your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us by e-mail or telephone for return instructions within three (3) days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Authorization number and instructions. Any refund will be made net of shipping and handling costs; Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping & insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed. Returned merchandise must be received by us within ten (10) days of the date we provide you with instructions regarding the return. We do not charge a separate restocking fee.

Our Damage Policy
If in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for instructions. You must hold onto the package and the damaged merchandise until the matter is resolved.

Once you make the decision to provide us personal information (any information by which you can be identified), please be assured that it will only be used to support your customer relationship with Imagine That.

Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will only share the data you provide online with other Imagine That business partners who are acting on our behalf to complete your order, or help you with the activities described above.

Imagine That/Marketing in a Box is committed to ensuring the security of your information. Your data is as safe as it can be. Beware secure order forms that transmit your Credit Card Numbers by email. Our software stores your sensitive information in secure folders and never sends this information by email. Protect your own security. Never give out your user name or password over the telephone. Imagine That officials will never ask you to do this by phone or email
