Saving Tips:
You've heard the old adage: "If you give a man a fish, he eats for a day. If you teach a man to fish he will eat for a lifetime." The same can be said about saving! This group of cards shares quickie financial tips with prospective home owners, future retirees or small business owners.

Target Employers:
One of our most favorite clients has used this plan to build a book of business that's over $13,000 in less than a year's time. Her niche: targeting employees at local small businesses. Her target market: the owners of those businesses.

Jennifer Alford, Vice President with Creative Financial Partners approached small business owners with a request to present to the employer's staff over breakfast or lunch - at no cost to the employer - and educate the employees on what they'll need for retirement, money management and market trends. The meetings were a huge success for all: the owner "won" by giving something to his/her employees; the employees "won" because they heard no-nonsense tips on what it's going to take to protect themselves in the future; and, Jennifer "won" because the plan eventually netted new employees.
